How can I join Afterlete?
If you are a retired collegiate or professional athlete, you just have to fill out our intake form. Once our team reviews your form, we will place you in our queue to be placed in a group.

How big are the support groups?
Each support group will have no more than 10 participants. Each group is facilitated by one group leader that has gone through the Afterlete program.
How frequently do support groups meet?
Group sessions take place once every two weeks during Phase 1 of our program. Each session is usually around an hour in length.
How long does Phase 1 of the program last?
Phase 1 lasts between 6-8 sessions. The amount of sessions is determined by each groups' progress through our curriculum.
How can I become a support group leader?
There are a few qualifications to become a group leader:
1. You must complete Phase 1 of the Afterlete program.
2. Fill out our leadership application.
3. Go through our group leader training
I submitted an intake form, but I did not get placed in a group. What do I do now?
Due to our currently limitations in the number of group leaders we have, we have to limit the amount of groups we take on.
Don't worry, you are still in our queue to be placed! As groups open up, you will be put into one.
